We agreed that fishing with you is like fishing with an old friend, except you insist on baiting our hooks, and none of my fishing friends do that for me. Maybe if I could put them on fish like you do they would consider doing it for me too! I will look forward to fishing with you again next year. We especially appreciate the effort you put into having the right bait for the trout and redfish, so that our time was spent fishing, instead of catching bait. I have fished with guides in Florida and North Carolina, over the years, but none have been as successful as our trips with you were.

I would just like to let everyone know a little about Capt. Mark Dickson.  I first met him over 10 years ago fishing the SKA Tournament Circuit.  Even then he was especially attentive and soaked up any information that might make him a better fisherman and improve his catches.

Several years ago he moved back home to the North Myrtle Beach area and made the decision to concentrate on guiding the inshore and nearshore waters.  He quickly added to the knowledge he had gathered from years of fishing with his family and became the premiere inshore/nearshore guide in his area.  I featured him in an article on the area several years ago and we are currently scheduling another.

Capt. Dickson knows the fishing in his area better than anyone else and strives to provide every client a great time on the water.  Even better than that, he is a personable young man and is fun to fish with.  When someone calls me for a guide reference in the North Myrtle Beach area, he is the fisherman I suggest.

I just want to tell you that we had a great time fishing with you on July 15. My son and nephew were really excited and it was worth every penny. We grilled the Spanish mackerel and flounder and they were great. The question we want to know is did you catch that cobia that got away? We are definitely going to book another trip next July. I thought I'd take another moment of your time to thank you once again for the experience you gave us last Tuesday. Dan, Mike and I have spent several hours talking about the trip and how much we enjoyed it. Catching seven different species, including red and black drum, bluefish, spade fish, ladyfish and of course Mike's cobia, far exceeded any expectations I had for this charter.
